A number of typesetting errors appear in equations (2.4) and (2.5) of the above paper. The exponents p j-1 2 in the second terms of equations (2.4b) and (2.5b) should read p j-i 2 , which is the term consistent with both equations (2.3) and (2.6). Also, in the sentence following equations (2.6a, b), ' j -1' should also read ' j -i', and equations (2.6a, b) refer to the odd and even cases of ji, respectively, contra the statement on page 712.
