Surface-enhanced Raman spectra of selenourea on copper and silver electrodes have been obtained. The frequencies of vibratioral modes involving CSe stretch for the free molecule were decreased upon adsorption, lndlcating a reduchon in the C=Sc bond order. We conclude tiat selenourea 1s Se-bonded to
