✦ Synopsis
We analyze the polarimetric beha¨ior of some targets. This leads to an instability and to the loss of meaning for the Huynen parameters, which are used for the analysis of radar images. We then propose a new method for the treatment of the corresponding uncertainty in the desying process, which leads to a physical choice of the correct set of Huynen parameters. Some measurement results are then gi¨en. ᮊ
