✦ Synopsis

Some phenomena which are well known as strongly solvent dependent: the &( 30) parameter, the merocyanine W spectrum, and the spiropyran relaxation rate, are investigated in CH,CN/Z-propanol mixtures. Synergistic effecta are clearly evidenced and tentatively explained.
