## BACKGROUND. Approximately 1% of children with unilateral Wilms tumor develop contralateral disease. The authors assessed the demographic and histologic features associated with metachronous bilateral Wilms tumor (BWT). ## METHODS. Characteristics of all children registered on the first four Nat
