UV photoelectron spectra were measured for poly( 1,l '-ferrocenediyl) (PF) synthesized in a well controlled way. The spectra are similar to those of ferrocene and I, 1 '-biferrocene, indicating limited electron delocalization. The ionization threshold energy was found to be 5.1 eV. Comparison with r
