โฆ Synopsis
We have researched a cost-effective regional personal computer (PC) communication network system and its realization. The system supports group communication services that offer communication among the registered members. We have already developed a low-end card that provides an Ethernet interface in the customers residence and a multiplex-port brouter that can accommodate a large number of users. More than one brouter would be set in the center and/or different buildings to accommodate distributed users. This paper describes system constructions that use several brouters to accommodate the users. The throughput obtained across two brouters is evaluated using an experimental system. The connection services to other areas using a domain name system and global/private IP address conversion are also presented.

In this paper we introduce a technique for dealing with implicitly defined complementary orthogonal spaces. Using this technique we give a unified construction of various types of adjoint systems for dynamical systems defined through flow diagrams or graphs and also obtain the state and output equat
