  1. A correlation between the different alcoholic dilutions and the effect of their respective vapors on the surface tension of water exists.

2 . Chlorophyllins exert a deodorizing action on the human alcoholic breath both in witro and in viva.

  1. A method for the determination and evalution of the effect of chlorophyllins, and consequently of any other substance, as a deodorant for the human alcoholic breath has been devised.

Even though the individual response t o chlorophyllins as a deodorant varied to some degree, chlorophyllins reduced alcoholic breath odor in every instance (as high as 60 per cent in one case).
