Vibrational rclauation for high vibrational Ievel~ of the lowest singlet state of CIz3N0 are studied with a stochastic model. The fluorcsccncu is nearly blcxponentidl for SF6 pressures of 11-100 torr and :I stochastic model yields 100 cm -' for the effective energy removed per collision.
