โฆ Synopsis
Intrinsic brain stem neoplasms are almost invariably malignant, and irrespective of radiation treatment and chemotherapy, are associated with a very abbreviated survival. It is possible that occpsio~l longterm survival is the result of a radiation-sensitive low-gmde astrocytoma.
