A characterization in terms of the rank of a matrix is proved for structurally stable quadruples related to generalized dynamical systems E(t) αΊ(t)=A(t)x(t)+B(t)u(t); y(t)=C(t)x(t) under a local equivalence relation by realizing a geometric approach.
