โฆ Synopsis
We propose a new scheme for the study of few-particle-transfer reactions in inverse kinematics built around a high-field magnetic solenoid. This device has significant advantages over more conventional approaches for studying such reactions. These techniques are likely to be important at RIA, for a wide class of reactions that must be carried out in inverse kinematics.
