## Abstract Formation of soil mycelium enables the fungal mycelium to amend the nutrient‐deficient wood substrate actively by enclosing macronutrients from soil. Supposition to formation of a soil mycelium proved the resistance of the fungus to competitive substrate microorganisms. This resistance
