Although the reasons for the increase in migration times from injection to injection are not yet understood and need to be studied further, this CZE procedure has been used routinely for purity analysis of MDL 28,050. The CZE conditions described in this work could be modified further in order to optimize the peak resolution and improve the migration time reproducibility.
