## Abstract The 1D‐TOCSY experiment for ^2^H NMR is introduced and applications for signal assignments are illustrated with the spectra of pyridine‐__d__~5~ and iodo‐ and chlorocyclohexane‐__d__~11~. The potential of the method for the analysis of overlapping ^2^H spectra is demonstrated.
The COLOC-S pulse sequence (a modification of COLOC) provides rapid and selective long-range correlation 2D NMR spectra. It combines the advantages of the COLOC and Freeman sequences. This modification is analysed in terms of the Product Operator Formalism, and its application is illustrated by spec
N-type COSY spectrum, obtained on a Varian Unity 500 The sensitivity of many 2D experiments is limited not by spectrometer, of the tetracyclic orthoamide: the ratio of signal to thermal noise, but by the ratio of signal to t 1 noise. This noise, in bands running parallel to f 1 at the f 2 frequency
