✦ Synopsis

Abstract

The theory of a method, which is simple to apply, of finding regression equations for estimating time changes of wind is given. It is applied to two of the elliptical distributions found at Singapore, and its results are compared with those from two other methods. It is concluded that its use on such distributions is useful.
