A mediated amperometric sensor for measuring rglutamate is described. The sensor is based on a carbon paste electrode containing the electron transfer mediator tetrathiafulvalene (TTF), and the enzyme L-glutamate oxidase immobilixed on the electrode surface. The enzyme is crosslinked with glutaralde
