โฆ Synopsis
sUMM~RY: A reciprocal theorem is developed for a time-variable, linear vqscoclastic body whose mechanical properties are governed by a single aging time function. The reciprocal relation obtained is of the ]laxwell-Betti type, but it involves a convolution in t~me over a "family" of histories of mechanical states, rather than over a single history. A simple applicavion of the theorem is made, to deduce a formula for the total volume change of a time-variable tiscoelastic body.
