✦ Synopsis


A pulse Doppler radar with one-dimensional direction sensiti¨ity is described. The system uses quadrature mixing to retain the direction information in an echo signal, and performs signal sampling o¨er a predetermined time slot to ignore reflected signals from objects outside the range of interest.
