✦ Synopsis

A new radiological sign of distal shift of the radius compared to the ulna is described in the condition of pulled elbow. This measurement has been termed the proximal radial length and was altered in 21 out of 25 cases of pulled elbow diagnosed clinically. The normal relationship was restored after manipulation.

R~sum~. Description d'un nouveau signe radiologique du ddplacement de l'extrdmitd supirieure du radius par rapport au cubitus dans la pronation forcde de l'enfant. Cette mesure a ~td appel~e (dongueur radiale proximale>> et elle a dtg trouvge modifi~e 21 fois sur 25 cas diagnostiquis de pronation forc6e. AprOs manipulations, la situation normale est restaurde.
