## Abstract In a study of 18 patients diagnosed with ovarian granulosa cell tumor between 1961 and 1992, clinical and pathologic findings were evaluated. Of the 18 patients, 15 (83.3%) were diagnosed in Stage I and three (16.7%) in Stage III or IV. Six patients (33.3%) underwent conservative surger
