✦ Synopsis

A method proposed earlier [S. V, Petrov, Spcctry. Letters 26 (1993) 47; Prec. SPIE 2205 (1994) 173] for the study of the qualitative features of molecular re-vibrational dynamics is used for calculations of to-vibrational energies. As examples, the re-vibrational levels of Na 2 and KCN arc calculated.
