C3H10T1/2 fibroblasts contain 2 pmol/10 8 cells in control and 800 pmol in 100 M MNNG-treated cells. Comparable values were obtained by HPLC with the [ 3 H]adenine-labeling method, 10 and 1000 pmol/10 8 cells in control and MNNG-treated cells, respectively. Image analysis of the dot blot by autoradiography gave the same results but saturated quicker.
