## Abstract A series of new taxoids, named taxuspines Aโ€“H and Jโ€“Z (**1**โ€“**25**) and taxezopidines Aโ€“H and Jโ€“L (**26**โ€“**36**), have been isolated together with 37 known taxoids (**37**โ€“**73**) including paclitaxel (**53**) from the Japanese yew, __Taxus cuspidata__ Sieb. et Zucc. (Taxaceae). These
