## Abstract Photocatalysts for efficient solar hydrogen production are highly sought after. Here a new type of nitrogen‐doped tantalum tungstenate (CsTaWO~6~) material, which demonstrates excellent visible light absorption and improved photocatalytic activity, is demonstrated. X‐ray diffraction (XR
