✦ Synopsis
Abstract
A novel multilayered cross‐coupled substrate‐integrated waveguide (SIW) circular cavity filter is proposed in this letter. The filter is designed using standard low‐temperature co‐fired ceramic (LTCC) technology, with the fractional bandwidth of 0.25% obtained, can operate at 20 GHz and have two finite frequency transmission zeros at 19.51 and 20.51 GHz, respectively. Measured results show good agreement with simulated results and validate the structure of the proposed filter. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
