Sachunoside, a 3,4-seco-migrated-lupane glycoside involving a seven-membered B-ring and seven related 3,4-secolupane tripenoids were isolated from Acanthopanax divaricatus Seemann var. Sachunensis Yook and their structures were established by a variety of NMR techniques, including 1 H-1 H COSY and 1 H-13 C COSY (HMBC, HMBC) methods, and FABMS.
