The present paper attempts to clarify further the meaning of life style from an Adlerian perspective and to elucidate the manner in which one's life style develops. Typical life styles found in our culture are discussed and related to the holiitlc nature of man. The method of life-style assessment used by clinicians and the therapeutic applications of that assessment are presented.
