Reeearch Institute of Scripps Clinic Bummay SCHWEDER and S P J ~O L L (1982) propoeed an informal graphical procedure for simultaneous evaluation of poseibly related teats, besed on a plot of onmdative p-values using the observed significance probabilitiea. We formalize thh notion by applimtion of HOLM'S (1979) sequentially rejective Bonferroni procedure: thh maintains an overall experimentwise eignificance level, and yields an immediate estimate of the number of true hypothesee.
