✦ Synopsis

In this issue the experimental data, adopted values, comparisons with theory, and arguments for spin. parity assignments are presented in a new style which clearly separates the results of experimental work and the conclusions that can be drawn from that work. The new style makes possible a better presentation of reaction data and speeds preparation of the Sheets since revision of the data section is now not required when changes are made in adopted values because of new information or revised interpretation.

The basic features of the new style were developed by II. Verheul in collaboration with J. Vervier and K. Way. Co~.~ents are welcome.
