A new organic complex thin film of tetrathiofulvalenerm-nitrobenzylidene propanedinitrile TTFrm-NBP with electrical bistable properties has been fabricated by using a hot-wall deposition method. The films were analyzed by Fourier ลฝ . ลฝ . transform infrared FTIR spectroscopy and transmission electron
