In this paper polarization effects in the nuclear excitation by positron-electron annihilation (NEPEA) process are considered. We calculated cross-sections for the NEPEA with wave functions of bound electron and incoming positron in point nuclear Coulomb field. The results are compared to prediction

The process of stimulated coherent annihilation of relativistic electron-positron pairs in the strong laser field is examined. It is shown that if the energy of laser photon in the beam (center-of-mass) reference frame exceeds mc 2 ; coherent stimulated generation of g-ray photons becomes possible.
New experimental time-of-flight distributions arc reported for Lith'z and Li+-CO at two center-of-mass enc&s of about 8 and 16 eV and large scattering anples elab =Z 120°. The Li+--h'z spectra sho\v two widely spaced maxima, whereas the Li+-CO spectra show two and sometimes three maxima. The results
