โœฆ Synopsis

A new Fortran program called CFPSIF is introduced. Using the new recurrent formula obtained by us the program CFPSIF calculates the fractional parentage coefficients (CFPs) of an identical fermion system with well-defined seniority. The recurrent process is controlled by the multiplicity of the irreducible representations(IRREPs) of group 0(3) in the reduction SP(N) ~ 0(3). It is shown that the program CFPS1F is more efficient than the program GENESIS, especially for a system with a relatively large number of fermions.

A new version of the program CFPSIB is introduced. Using the same recurrent formula as that used in the program CFPSIB, but a different calculation procedure, the fractional parentage coefficients (CFPs) of an identical boson system with well-defined seniority can be evaluated by this new program. Multispin coding techniques have been combined with self-consistent boundary conditions to simulate three-dimensional Ising systems at a speed of 305 million spin updates per second, including magnetization and energy calculation, on a single processor of the CRAY YMP 832.
