β¦ Synopsis
This paper introduces new technological measures and new type of die structure for the ring-rolling process, adopted to realize precision rolling based on common rolling equipment, and deals with forging and the control of the weight of material used, combining the technological processes of precision rolling and precision adjustment, and adopting medium-temperature precision rolling and a floating rolling die structure. The results of experiments show that the efficiency of production and proper material utilization are increased immensely, with the structure of the ring parts achieving a refined level.
