β¦ Synopsis
A new experimental technique has been developed for measuring the intracrystalline diffusivities of strongly adsorbed species by following chromatographically the desorption curve for a small sample of zeolite, saturated at a low concentration level. Results obtained by this method for o-xylene in SO-pm and 100~pm NaX crystals are self-consistent and in good agreement with previously determined gravimetric values.

## Abstract **Summary:** A new method for the measurement of monomer partitioning for emulsion polymerisation is presented. The method is based on measuring the partition coefficients for films cast from different latexes. Its validity was demonstrated for methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acryla
