An approximation procedure is developed whereby a discrete domain transfer function is obtained which will approximate a constant group delay. This minimizes the mean square error between the actual group delay and the specljied group delay. The method is illustrated by an example.

β¦ Synopsis
A method for generating an all-pole stable transfer function to approximate a constant group delay is developed. The mean square error between the actuaI group delay
and the spectjiedgroup delay is minimized. Also, the computational complexity is considerably reduced.

## Abstract The new phaseβshifter configuration described in this report uses a negative group delay (NGD) active circuit. In this topology, a classical transmission line is set in cascade with an NGD circuit whose phase slopes are alike, but opposite, to get a constant and broadband phase shift. T
## Abstract We study the asymptotic behavior of the eigenelements of the Dirichlet problem for the Laplacian in a twoβdimensional bounded domain with thin shoots, depending on a small parameter Ξ΅. Under the assumption that the width of the shoots goes to zero, as Ξ΅ tends to zero, we construct the l
