β¦ Synopsis
A practical method for solving the close-coupling problem for electronically non-adiabatic transitions is presefitcd.
The present approach combines the separate advantages of adiabatic and diabatic sets by introducing a "crude adiabatic" basis set over limited intervals. The method requires as input the adiabatic potentials and a set of readily computed electronic overlap-type integrals at a disaete number of points.

The results of a new out-patient approach to fistula in ano are presented. The technique involved passing a multi-strand stainless steel wire through the fistulous tract and has been used in 56 patients with low fistulae as well as high horseshoe anal fistulae. Recurrence was seen in only 2 patients
A two-dimensional classical trajectory model of the dynamics of the ionization event in low-energy collisions in repulsive autoionizing A\* t BC systems is introduced. The approach makes full use of the fact that before the ionization event A\* t BC( u") + [ A...BC+ ( v' ) ] t e-taking place in repu
A new partitioning of the total non-relativistic energy of an N-electron system is presented. The partitioning is independent of application involving a non-variational approach to calculating the the mathematical model used to describe the system. An energy is given.
