Employing Fig. 1 to evaluate the derivatives in eqs ( 6) and (8), activation energies can be calculated under the assumption that the derivatives of C, and T, are very small. This is a reasonable assumption for transport-controlled reactions. Values at 300,450,600 and 800Β°C are collected in Table 1.

The concept of considering environmental stakes in engineering projects has gained more and more credence in recent times, mainly because of new regulations. An approach that is aimed at identifying environmental issues at stake in a road project is proposed. First, all elements highly affected by t
This paper contributes to the problem of identification of gross errors in chemical engineering measurements. The methods hitherto suggested enable a set of quantities, suspicious as a possible source of gross errors, to be found. However, the set of suspicious quantities may be quite extensive in r
## Abstract Globalization and advances in information technology has prompted a need to change traditional lectureβbased passive learning methodology to an active multiβsensory experiential learning methodology. This article presents a stateβofβtheβart review of extant applications of simulation ga
