A new alkaloid, miyoshianine C (1), was isolated from the whole plants of Lycopodium japonicum Thunb., together with the known four compounds Ξ±βobscurine (2), lycodoline (3), miyoshianine A (4), and lucidioline (5). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of inβdepth spectroscopic analysis.
