A multicentre, randomised, double-blind, placebo controlled, parallel group study to investigate the efficacy and tolerability of leucomax® (molgramostim; rHu GM-CSF) in conjunction with combination chemotherapy in the treatment of intermediate / poor prognosis patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC)
