Pleckstrin homology (PH) domains have been proven to bind phosphoinositides (PI) and inositolphosphates (IP). On the other hand, a binding of PH domains to proteins is still a matter of debate. The goal of this work was to identify potential PH domain protein target sites and to build a model for PH
We have synthesized 2'-deoxy-2'-iodoadenosine-5'-triphosphate (2'-IATP), a heavy-atom analog of adenosine-5'-triphosphate. This compound was made for X-ray structural studies to target the nucleotide site of ATP binding proteins. It was diffused successfully into crystals of the microtubule-based mo
## Abstract Solutions are obtained that describe the time dependence of the reversible binding of a ligand to a twoβsite lattice. The binding may be cooperative. Three methods are used to obtain these solutions: the separation of on/off processes with a variable transformation, the asymptotic serie
