Abstract
A crossedβdipole antenna with good directivity and good isolation between ports over a wide impedance bandwidth is presented. This antenna offers polarization diversity and employs an optimized shape for the dipole wing, which yields the wide bandwidth. A quarterβwave balun is used for matching and improved isolation. Patterns are also presented. Β© 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Microwave Opt Technol Lett 48: 751β753, 2006; Published online in Wiley InterScience (www.interscience.wiley.com). DOI 10.1002/mop.21464

## Abstract A novel design of compact coplanar waveguide (CPW)βfed slot antenna for wireless applications is presented. It can operate in the IEEE 802.11a frequency band from 5 GHz to 5.5 GHz. The antenna is designed on a RT/duroid 5880 substrate with a permittivity 2.22 and with the size of 18.8 m
## Abstract In this article by using the Babinet's Equivalence Principle and selfβcomplementary structure, we present a novel printed monopole antenna for ultraβwideband (UWB) applications. The proposed antenna consists of a ground plane and radiating patch with a slot and a sleeve structure, which
