The development of reduced chemistry for implementation in a turbulent reacting computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code for simulations of selective noncatalytic reduction (SNCR) performance in boilers and furnaces is discussed in this paper. To obtain realistic estimates of SNCR performance in larg
