β¦ Synopsis
A method i s described by which d-tubocurarine can be extracted from liver tissue. Proteins are .first removed, and the solution made a1l:aline; interfering bases are removed by shalcing with dichloromethane. The tubocurarine can then be extracted, and i s estimated by ultraviolet s+ectrophotometry.
A thin-layer method of separating tubocurarine .from tyramine and thymine, two commonly occurring putrefactive pvoducts i n liver tissue, i s also described.

Current methods for producing protein arrays require sophisticated equipment or extensive protein modification. We developed a low overhead, customizable assay platfor
A rapid method for examining rat fetuses is presented. The technique consists of fixing the fetuses in Bouin's solution, serially sectioning the head, neck and lower trunk with a razor blade and doing sagittal sections of the heart after opening the thoracic cavity. Examples of sections from normal
