โœฆ Synopsis

this paper, the decision-making process (DMP) for human behavior is examined. In the first part, a mathematical model for decision making which takes into account the whole decision-making process is developed. The DMP itself, is composed of six consecutive stages. These six stages have been selected according to the "M6thode de Ftesonnement Tactique" (MTS-Tactical Reasoning Method).

In the second part, the theory of neural networks in DMP stages have been associated with the action, in order to develop a multilayer network.

A nonpoint pollution control approach is suggested when: (i) there is no oneto-one correspondence between emission and ambient levels of the pollutant because of the effect of random variables, and (ii) the emissions of several polluters may affect the ambient levels and it is not possible to separa
