✦ Synopsis

A thermodynamic model is proposed for the solubility of the acid gases (H,S and CO,) in alkanolamine solutions. The model is based on the extended Debye-Hiickel theory of electrolyte solutions. Predicted partial messures of the acid gases over monoethanolamine solutiom are in good agreement with experimental data over ;he temperature range"Z-INPC.
