We describe an 86-year-old woman with a long survival following surgey for a massive retroperitoneal mucinous cystadenocarcinoma and a synchronous gastric carcinoma. Computed tomography showed a huge tumor with septation and calcification. Upper gastrointestinal radiography showed the additional gas
