Abstract
Concomitantly with the capillary tube method, an in vitro leukocyte migration inhibition assay technique using blood clot fragments was performed in chicken egg albumin, Bacillus Calmette Guérin and complete Freund's adjuvant‐treated immune guinea pigs. Results of both methods were concordant.
