The final battles of the Second Civil War have begun. The Federation of North American States, led by a former President of the United States, has been broken into multiple pieces. Its hopes of capturing a large portion of the American territory lie in ruins. But that doesn’t mean that the war is over or that all is lot yet. Even amidst the chaos of war, the normal electoral process continues.
