Using power law potential as an eIIective potential, the tine structure of mass spectrum of QQ and Qq system is examined. We find the masses of D\* and D within 20 MeV of their experimental values. We predict the masses of D,=,, ,,0 to be 2.47, 2.44, and 2.30 GeV and that of D;=], to be 2.36 GeV. Fo
